Position: School-Based Occupational Therapist (OT)

Location: Surprise, AZ
Schedule: Full-time - 40 hours

Overview:
Seeking an Occupational Therapist to support students, ages K-12, with fine motor, sensory, and functional skills for success in the school environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and develop IEP goals
• Provide individual/group therapy
• Collaborate with teachers and staff
• Maintain documentation and progress reports

Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• State licensure (or eligibility)
• School-based experience preferred
