Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services according to individualized educational plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop tailored interventions
- Conduct assessments and maintain detailed documentation on student progress
- Support students’ participation and performance in classroom and school activities
- Adapt therapeutic strategies to meet the dynamic needs of a varied caseload (final assignments TBD)
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Illinois
