Step into a meaningful contract role providing school-based Occupational Therapy services for students from early childhood through 12th grade. This position is onsite, offering full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) with a supportive, growth-oriented environment. Orientation takes place August 3 and 4, 2026, with students returning on August 10, 2026. This opportunity extends through May 24, 2027.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license and relevant credentials
- Experience working in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Strong ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Commitment to fostering student engagement and growth
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services onsite to students (EC–12th grade)
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress
- Collaborate with educators and families to support each student’s success
- Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and regular 1:1 check-ins
- Stay current on best practices through access to professional development and process improvement activities
- Utilize provided equipment and testing materials to maximize student outcomes
- Engage in real-time collaboration with colleagues regionally via a user-friendly intranet platform
