Occupational Therapist School Setting - Tacoma, WA

Make a meaningful difference in the lives of K-12 students as a full-time Occupational Therapist in the Greater Tacoma area. Key Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Washington OT license
• ESA certification required
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus, but enthusiastic new graduates are also encouraged to apply

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services for students in grades K–12
• Work with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff to develop strategies fostering student participation
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, contributing evaluation findings and progress updates
• Develop personalized treatment plans and maintain clear, accurate documentation
• Adapt and modify curriculum materials and environments to enhance student access and engagement
