Key Qualifications:
- Hold current and active WA Occupational Therapy licensure
- At least 2 years of OT experience preferred, ideally in a school setting
- Must possess an active Medicaid provider number, a current CAQH profile, and be credentialed with insurance providers
- Deep understanding of school-based OT practices and IEP processes
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Flexibility to manage diverse student needs and caseload dynamics
Position Highlights:
