This full-time contract runs from the current school year through the end of the academic year, with the possibility of renewal for the next school year. Your weekly commitment will be 35 hours, and specific caseload details will be provided soon as placements become finalized.

Ideal Background and Qualifications:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington (WA)
  • At least 2 years of recent experience, especially within school or pediatric settings, is highly advantageous
  • Active Medicaid provider enrollment and a current CAQH profile are essential
  • Ability to be credentialed with additional insurance providers
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with a compassionate, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
  • Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to develop and implement IEP/504 goals
  • Assess students’ skills and needs, providing timely, evidence-based interventions and recommendations
  • Maintain thorough documentation and reporting per school and regulatory guidelines
  • Participate actively in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and interdisciplinary team discussions
