Key Qualifications:

• Hold current and active WA Occupational Therapy licensure
• At least 2 years of OT experience preferred, ideally in a school setting
• Must possess an active Medicaid provider number, a current CAQH profile, and be credentialed with insurance providers
• Deep understanding of school-based OT practices and IEP processes
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Flexibility to manage diverse student needs and caseload dynamics

Position Highlights:

• 35 hours per week, Monday through Friday
• Caseload details will be finalized prior to your assignment
