Key Requirements:
- Active Washington OT License
- Completed fingerprinting with OSPI
- Proven experience in school-based occupational therapy, ideally with adolescents
- Skilled in supervising and supporting COTAs
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration abilities
- Passion for promoting independence and access for students with diverse needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver individualized and group OT services to secondary students as identified in IEPs
- Assess student needs and develop personalized intervention plans
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families
- Supervise and mentor a COTA, ensuring quality of care
- Maintain detailed records and provide progress reports
- Foster an inclusive and supportive school environment
