Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility) for practice in Washington
• Experience in a school setting is preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are welcome
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to evaluate student needs and design individualized intervention plans
• Commitment to student-centered, inclusive practices

Responsibilities:

• Assess and analyze students’ functional and developmental needs within the school environment
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to improve students’ participation and skill acquisition
• Work alongside teachers, parents, and IEP teams to set goals and monitor student progress
• Document therapy sessions, progress notes, and compliance documentation as required
• Provide direct and consultative services to help students thrive academically and socially
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings, offering expertise in occupational therapy
• Support professional development and ongoing learning for school staff, as appropriate
