Qualifications:

  • Active Washington State Occupational Therapist license
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a school-based OT role preferred
  • Active Medicaid provider number, completed CAQH profile, and existing credentials with other insurance companies
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Professional, adaptable, and eager to make a difference

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services within a school setting (full caseload details to follow)
  • Collaborate with educators and families to create and implement student-centered therapy plans
  • Document and monitor student progress in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Engage actively as a team member during the current and upcoming school years
