Required Qualifications:

• Active Washington Occupational Therapy license
• Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
• Previous experience as a school-based OT, preferably at the secondary level
• Supervisory experience or interest in mentoring (you will oversee a COTA)
• Flexibility and commitment to onsite, full-time work (37.5 hours/week)
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide direct OT services to a secondary school caseload
• Supervise and mentor a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
• Collaborate with educators and other related service providers to create and implement individualized education programs
• Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings
