Required Qualifications:
- Active Washington Occupational Therapy license
- Completion of fingerprinting through OSPI
- Previous experience as a school-based OT, preferably at the secondary level
- Supervisory experience or interest in mentoring (you will oversee a COTA)
- Flexibility and commitment to onsite, full-time work (37.5 hours/week)
- Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to a secondary school caseload
- Supervise and mentor a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
- Collaborate with educators and other related service providers to create and implement individualized education programs
- Maintain documentation and participate in team meetings
