Qualifications

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current and valid state Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Previous experience within a school setting, preferably with K-12 students

• Knowledge of IEP process, assessments, and documentation
• Commitment to a collaborative, student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ needs and strengths
• Develop and implement evidence-based intervention plans for students across grade levels
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and related service providers
• Document student progress, maintain records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Provide direct therapy sessions—both individual and group—to help students build fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
