An opportunity is available for a part-time Occupational Therapist to support K-12 students in a school setting located in Tallassee, AL. This contract position runs from ASAP through the end of the school year and offers a manageable caseload focusing on one homebound student. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide occupational therapy services to one homebound K-12 student, ensuring individualized goals are met
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and educational staff to support student progress
- Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the student's specific educational and developmental needs
- Maintain detailed documentation of therapy sessions and student outcomes
- Attend IEP meetings as required to provide updates and recommendations
Preferred Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license with experience in school-based settings preferred
