Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid license to practice Occupational Therapy in the state
  • Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
  • Strong understanding of IEP processes, documentation, and goal development
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to design and implement individualized intervention plans
  • Compassion, patience, and a student-centered approach

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to determine students’ occupational therapy needs
  • Develop and implement customized treatment plans for students with diverse challenges
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care
  • Monitor progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation
  • Participate in IEP meetings, and provide training and support for staff and families
