Soliant Education is seeking a passionate and dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to join a supportive school district for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you'll help students build the functional, sensory, and motor skills they need to succeed both academically and in everyday school activities while collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Responsibilities
Evaluate students' fine motor, sensory processing, visual-motor, and self-care skills
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
Recommend adaptive equipment, classroom modifications, and assistive strategies
Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and Medicaid billing (when applicable)
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning

Qualifications
Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
Active state Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility)
NBCOT certification required
School-based or pediatric experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
