Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid North Carolina OT License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Prior experience with school-based therapy and IEPs preferred
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to approximately 35 students across three schools (32 hours/week)
• Conduct evaluations and collaborate as a member of the play-based assessment team for preschoolers (1 day/week)
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support student progress
