Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid North Carolina OT License (or eligibility to obtain)
- Prior experience with school-based therapy and IEPs preferred
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Passion for working with children of varied ages and abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to approximately 35 students across three schools (32 hours/week)
- Conduct evaluations and collaborate as a member of the play-based assessment team for preschoolers (1 day/week)
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support student progress
