Step into a rewarding contract role supporting students across grades K-12 as a valued Occupational Therapist. In this dynamic setting, you'll deliver critical 1:1 and group interventions, ensuring learners receive the guidance and support they need for academic and personal growth. You’ll collaborate closely with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each student’s unique strengths and challenges.

Key Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist license for the state (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Previous experience supporting students from Grades K-12 preferred
  • Proven skill in delivering 1:1 interventions in a school-based environment
  • Strong interpersonal abilities to communicate effectively with students, educators, and families
  • Knowledge of crafting and monitoring Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) is a plus
  • Passion for empowering students with diverse needs to achieve success

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and develop personalized occupational therapy goals for students at all grade levels (K-12)
  • Implement evidence-based interventions on both an individual and group basis
  • Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate results to relevant parties
  • Offer professional input as part of multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Provide recommendations and support to teachers regarding classroom modifications and accommodations as needed
  • Participate in meetings and contribute expertise for student support planning
