Remote Occupational Therapist in IL

Two full-time Occupational Therapist positions are available in a school setting located in Murphysboro, Illinois. These roles focus on delivering occupational therapy services with an emphasis on telehealth and traditional school-based therapy from August 2026 through May 2027.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing occupational therapy evaluations and interventions to students
• Collaborating with educators and other professionals to support student development
• Delivering services via telehealth platforms as well as in-person sessions within the school environment
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Maintaining accurate records and documenting student progress

Qualifications and experience desired:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license appropriate for practicing in Illinois
• Experience working in school-based OT settings preferred
• Familiarity with telehealth service delivery methods
• Ability to manage a caseload efficiently and communicate effectively with school staff, families, and students
• Strong organizational skills and flexibility to adapt to varied student needs

This is a contract position offering 37.5 hours per week. Caseload details will be provided shortly.
