Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current and valid Arizona state license to practice

Responsibilities:

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions for elementary caseload
• Collaborate closely with educators and caregivers to ensure continuity of student care
• Document evaluations, progress, and recommendations in compliance with federal and state requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to shape student goals and accommodations
• Provide direct therapy as well as consultative support to ensure educational access and growth
