Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current and valid Arizona state license to practice
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
- Strong communication and collaborative skills for working with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to tailor interventions and support plans to meet the diverse needs of elementary students
Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions for elementary caseload
- Collaborate closely with educators and caregivers to ensure continuity of student care
- Document evaluations, progress, and recommendations in compliance with federal and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise to shape student goals and accommodations
- Provide direct therapy as well as consultative support to ensure educational access and growth
Pay for this role ranges from $40 to $60 per hour, reflecting your experience and commitment.
