Key Qualifications:

  • Earned a Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Current Arizona OT license required
  • Experience supporting students in a school environment preferred
  • Knowledge of IEP processes and best practices in pediatric therapy
  • Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to a diverse K-12 caseload
  • Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
  • Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to foster students’ functional and academic success
  • Participate in IEP meetings, document interventions, and maintain compliance with state/federal regulations
  • Utilize creative strategies to maximize student independence and participation in school routines
