Qualifications & Desired Experience
- Current, valid Occupational Therapy professional license
- School-based Occupational Therapy experience preferred, but not required
- Ability to adapt therapy plans for students with diverse backgrounds and needs
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to complete district-specific onboarding and credentialing, including all required documentation
- Availability for on-site service delivery
- Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver occupational therapy services to students as per IEPs or program mandates
- Evaluate and monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as needed
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and confidential documentation for all services rendered
- Participate in meetings, professional development, and school activities as required
- Support the development of students’ fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills for academic success
