Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
• Background in school-based OT practices, home health, healthcare, and/or teletherapy settings
• Experience working with K-12 student populations a plus
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners and facilitating student engagement

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate students’ motor skills and sensory needs to develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students in individual and group settings
• Collaborate with educators, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Attend IEP meetings, document progress, and contribute to ongoing student assessments
• Utilize technology for teletherapy when appropriate and maintain thorough records
