This contract position is based near Thousand Oaks, CA, and is designed to provide immediate coverage as a backfill role. You'll play a pivotal part in helping students achieve their academic and functional goals, collaborating alongside educators and families.

Key Qualifications:

• Active OT license in California
• Previous experience serving pediatric or school-aged populations
• Strong understanding of IEP development and execution
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
• Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and educational environments
• Commitment to supporting student progress and wellness

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver therapy services according to students’ IEP requirements
• Assess students’ needs to develop measurable therapy goals
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and parents to promote optimal outcomes
• Monitor and document student progress, maintaining compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide recommendations for classroom modifications and tools to promote participation
• Participate in meetings, training, and consultations as needed
