Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Previous experience working in a school-based OT setting is preferred
- Strong knowledge of pediatric therapy practices and relevant documentation
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized intervention plans
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students, following established IEP goals
- Evaluate students’ needs and progress, maintaining thorough documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure the best outcomes for each student
- Adjust intervention strategies as needed to address evolving student requirements
- Support positive, inclusive participation in the educational setting
