School Occupational Therapist - Tiffin, Ohio

Key Qualifications:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
• Proficiency in evaluation, assessment, and treatment planning for a diverse student population
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• Ability to travel between 2-3 nearby school sites
• Flexible and adaptable to working across grade levels (PK-12)

Essential Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy and consultative services to students in accordance with IEPs
• Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
• Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and share relevant insights
• Foster a positive, inclusive environment that champions student growth and independence
