We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) to provide school-based services for students in grades Pre-K through 12th grade in the Marion/Upper Sandusky area. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule of 35 hours per week across 2–3 school sites during the 2026–2027 school year.
Responsibilities
Provide occupational therapy evaluations and direct services to students.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports.
Participate in IEP meetings and support student success in the educational environment.
Position Details
Full-time (35 hours/week)
School year: August 17 – June 3
PK–12 caseload
Travel between 2–3 school sites
Supportive school teams and collaborative work environment
Qualifications
Active Ohio Occupational Therapist license
School-based experience preferred, but not required
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Ability to manage a diverse PK–12 caseload
