From August 7, 2026, through May 27, 2027, you’ll work in partnership with educators and families to promote students’ developmental and educational goals. Here, your skills and passion for pediatric therapy will empower learners of all abilities to thrive both academically and personally.
Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure required
- Previous experience in school-based or pediatric OT settings preferred
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, staff, and families
- Exceptional communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Adaptability in meeting the diverse needs of students in a school environment
What You’ll Do:
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement therapy for students with a variety of needs
- Collaborate with educational teams to integrate OT strategies into classroom activities
- Regularly communicate progress and recommendations with families and staff
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, consultations, and professional development as needed
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy space
