Desired Qualifications:

• Licensed (or pending license) as an Occupational Therapist in Arizona
• Current IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card required
• Experience in school-based and/or pediatric settings is strongly preferred
• Comfortable providing OT in multiple delivery modes: onsite, home health, and teletherapy
• Proficient in conducting evaluations, developing IEP goals, and delivering effective therapy interventions
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills for working with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver occupational therapy services to students in grades K-12 with varying needs
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and participate in IEP meetings
