Desired Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in California
- Previous OT experience in a school or pediatric environment
- Solid understanding of IEP processes and documentation
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent interpersonal abilities for student, staff, and family collaboration
- Flexibility to adapt treatment plans according to student progress and needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to determine student needs and develop targeted intervention plans
- Deliver individual and group therapy sessions within the educational environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for compliance and best practices
- Participate in IEP meetings; communicate findings and progress to staff and families
- Offer strategies and tools to promote learning, participation, and independence for diverse learners
