This full-time contract opportunity is designed for a certified and licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) who thrives in school-based environments and is ready to start as soon as possible, continuing through June 5, 2026.
You'll manage a caseload of 49 students, collaborating with educators and families to help students achieve their goals. Each day brings variety as you travel between three different school sites, making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents at multiple grade levels.
Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapist licensure and certification
- Previous school-based OT experience is required
- Experience working at elementary, middle, and high school levels
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads and travel between school sites
- Knowledge of IEP process and school documentation standards
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services for students in elementary, middle, and high school
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with student support teams
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school policies
- Offer consultative support and training to school staff and families
- Adapt services to meet the unique developmental needs of students at each grade level
