Qualifications:

  • Active Connecticut OT license (COTA candidates with active Connecticut certification/licensure are encouraged to apply)
  • School-based OT/COTA experience strongly preferred
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to commit fully to a 12-week maternity leave assignment, with an understanding of possible extension
  • Comfortable working district-wide with students from Pre-K through 12th grade

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy services across the district, supporting a spectrum of educational and therapeutic needs
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized treatment plans
  • Work with diverse student populations, supporting progress and independence
  • For COTA placements: practice under OT supervision as required
