Key Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in California
• Background in delivering school-based OT services
• Experience working with diverse student populations (PreK-8th preferred)
• Strong collaboration and communication skills for team-based support
• Adaptability and problem-solving skills; comfortable navigating multiple sites
• Teletherapy experience is valued, but in-person service is required for this assignment

Role Responsibilities:

• Assess and evaluate students’ needs to develop effective treatment plans
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services tailored to individual educational plans
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams for student success
• Document progress, maintain compliance with regulations, and participate in IEP meetings
• Support students’ functional independence in academic and daily activities across different school environments
