School Occupational Therapist - Tracy, California

This full-time, in-person position is available to begin as soon as possible, with assignments extending through the current or upcoming school year (26/27). Key qualifications:

• Active California Occupational Therapist license
• Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other professionals
• Excellent communication, organization, and documentation skills
• Compassionate, patient, and adaptable approach to diverse student needs

What you’ll be doing:

• Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs
• Conduct student assessments and participate in the development of individualized therapeutic goals
• Document progress, prepare reports, and maintain detailed records to support student outcomes
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy strategies into classroom activities
• Educate staff and families on techniques and adaptive tools that aid student success
• Stay current on best practices in school-based OT and participate in ongoing training
