Key Qualifications:

• Current OT licensure valid for practice in California
• Experience or genuine interest working with school-aged children
• Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
• Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with educators, parents, and support staff
• Detail-oriented, organized, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs related to fine motor skills, sensory integration, and daily living activities
• Develop, review, and update individualized education programs (IEPs) alongside educators and families
• Deliver hands-on therapy sessions and monitor student progress
• Work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams to support each child’s learning and development
• Provide consultation and training to teachers, aides, and family members to enhance carryover of therapy goals
• Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with school and regulatory standards
