Occupational Therapist School Setting in Tracy, CA

This full-time opportunity offers a consistent 35-hour workweek and compensation ranging from $55 to $70 per hour, providing both stability and rewarding earning potential.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid California licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• Previous experience in a school setting is highly desirable.
• Solid understanding of IEPs and the ability to participate actively in meetings.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with educators, families, and other professionals.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Core Responsibilities:

• Provide targeted occupational therapy services to students in accordance with IEP goals.
• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize student outcomes.
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in multidisciplinary meetings.
• Deliver both individual and group interventions to support students’ success.
• Educate and train staff and family members on strategies and equipment use.
