Soliant is actively hiring a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) for a contract position with a school district in Tracy, California. We are looking for a dedicated OT to join our team for the upcoming 2026-2027 school year and are scheduling interviews immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a highly supportive environment with a Pre-K through 8th grade caseload. You will be an integral part of a team, working closely with educators and staff to support student success.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct screenings and evaluations to determine students' needs in areas such as fine motor skills, sensory processing, and self-care for early learners and elementary/middle school students.

• Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) with student-centered goals.

• Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and small group settings.

• Collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and the multidisciplinary special education team.

• Maintain accurate records and documentation of student progress and services provided.

Qualifications

• Master's or Doctorate Degree in Occupational Therapy.

• Active California Occupational Therapy license (CBOT) is required.

• National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) certification.

• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting is preferred.
