Key Qualifications:

• California-licensed Occupational Therapist (or ability to obtain by start date)
• Prior experience in school-based OT, including PreK through 8th grade
• Proficient delivering services in-person (teletherapy not needed at this time)
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Flexibility and willingness to travel between multiple school sites

Primary Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a PreK-8th grade caseload
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to promote student success
• Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEP goals, and maintain documentation
• Travel between assigned sites as needed for full coverage
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary planning
