Key Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in the state of New Jersey
- Experience working with children in school or pediatric settings is highly desirable
- Strong communication and organizational abilities
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to student-centered interventions
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess and evaluate students’ needs to develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to ensure integrated care and accommodations
- Maintain accurate documentation of progress, goals, and services in compliance with state and district requirements
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging environment for all students
