An exciting opportunity awaits skilled Occupational Therapists passionate about supporting students’ needs in a vibrant school setting near Trussville, Alabama. This is a contract position beginning as soon as possible and will run through June 10. The role will serve four different schools, coordinating care for a caseload of 50-60 students.
Responsibilities include delivering therapy services both individually and in small groups, as well as integrating support directly into classroom activities. Service frequency is determined by each student's IEP—sessions may be scheduled once a week, twice monthly, or monthly for 30-minute intervals. The typical workday runs from 7:45 am to 3:45 pm, providing a consistent, school-day schedule.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy license and certification specific to Alabama (must provide proof upon request).
- Previous experience working in school settings with pediatric populations.

- Strong communication and collaboration skills with teachers and support staff.
- Adaptable and organized, with the ability to travel among local schools as assigned.
