Occupational Therapist School Setting in Tubac, AZ

What you’ll bring:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current Occupational Therapy state licensure (or eligibility in Arizona)
• Familiarity with providing OT services in schools, home health, and healthcare settings; teletherapy experience is a plus
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaboration with students, parents, and staff
• Creative problem-solving abilities and adaptability to meet individualized student needs
• Experience in a school-based environment is a bonus, but not required for highly qualified candidates

Your responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative occupational therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in IEP/504 plans
• Work individually and in groups to improve students’ functional performance in academic and daily tasks
• Conduct assessments to determine students' occupational therapy needs and contribute actionable recommendations
• Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reports
• Collaborate with special education teams, teachers, and families to develop effective strategies and resources
• Deliver services in a variety of settings, including on-site and via teletherapy
