Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy
• Experience working in school settings preferred, but motivated new graduates are also encouraged to apply
• Strong communication abilities and a collaborative mindset, essential for working alongside educators and families
• Adaptable approach, with comfort providing services in school, home health, and teletherapy platforms

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and support students' fine and gross motor skills, functional performance, and independence in daily school activities
• Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to meet students’ IEP goals across diverse K-12 populations
• Work closely with teachers, parents, and school teams to integrate therapy into the educational setting and maximize student success
• Maintain thorough documentation and track progress in compliance with regulatory standards
• Contribute to a positive, supportive school environment where students feel empowered to achieve their goals
