Occupational Therapist School Setting - Tubac, AZ

This full-time position entails a 40-hour work week managing a caseload of approximately 60 students. Your skills will impact learners across a spectrum of needs through in-person and potentially teletherapy services.

Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensure to practice in the state
• Experience in school settings, home health, teletherapy, or healthcare environments considered valuable, though not required
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, other therapists, and families

Primary Responsibilities:

• Provide direct occupational therapy services to students, both individually and in groups, as outlined in their educational plans
• Collaborate with school teams to develop and implement individualized treatment goals and support strategies
• Conduct assessments and maintain accurate, timely documentation for each student on your caseload
• Participate in meetings with staff and families to discuss student progress and make recommendations for classroom modifications or accommodations
• Travel between assigned school sites within the district to deliver services
