Qualifications and Experience Desired:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for practice in Arizona
• Experience in school-based OT, home health OT, or healthcare OT settings strongly preferred

• Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
• Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with students, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
• Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize across caseloads based on student needs
