Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Licensed Occupational Therapist with credentials valid for practice in Arizona
- Experience in school-based OT, home health OT, or healthcare OT settings strongly preferred
- Skilled in conducting evaluations, creating individualized treatment plans, and implementing evidence-based interventions
- Comfortable with teletherapy platforms and digital documentation
- Effective communicator with the ability to work closely with students, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams
- Organized, adaptable, and able to prioritize across caseloads based on student needs
In this role, you’ll:
- Assess and identify student needs related to motor skills, sensory processing, and functional independence within the school environment
- Develop and implement customized intervention plans that foster student participation and academic success
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to create a holistic support network
- Provide teletherapy and, if necessary, home health services to ensure consistent outcomes
- Maintain accurate records, document progress, and participate in meetings as required by educational standards
