Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current licensure to practice as an OT in Arizona
• Experience in school-based, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy settings is highly valued

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations and implement customized intervention plans for students with diverse needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support each student’s academic success and functional independence
• Provide direct therapy services both in-person and virtually as required
• Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
• Travel between four designated school sites in the district
• Participate in IEP meetings and other team consultations to facilitate student progress
