Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
• Valid state Occupational Therapy license
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration abilities
• Experience delivering OT services in a school setting is an advantage, but not mandatory
• Adaptable to various service delivery models, such as traditional on-campus therapy, teletherapy, and potentially home health settings

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Deliver OT services in accordance with IEP goals, using innovative approaches for in-person and remote learners
• Consult and collaborate closely with educators, parents, and other professionals to support each student’s progress
• Maintain clear and accurate documentation of evaluations, session notes, and outcomes
• Participate in team meetings, contributing expertise to optimize student success
• Provide strategies, accommodations, and assistive technology recommendations to foster access and engagement
• Stay current on best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
