Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Arizona Occupational Therapy License
  • Arizona Speech and Language Pathology certificate required
  • Experience working with pediatric populations, especially in school environments
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to design and implement IEPs tailored to diverse student needs
  • Flexibility to adapt strategies for individuals and small groups

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide targeted therapy for students across preschool to middle school
  • Assess, develop, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school standards
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student-centered planning
  • Foster a supportive environment that encourages growth, independence, and confidence
