What you'll need to succeed:

• Valid Occupational Therapy license
• Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred
• Strong assessment and evaluation skills

• Comfort working both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
• Excellent communication skills with students, staff, and families
• Reliability and adaptability to meet evolving student needs

Your key responsibilities:

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations for students
• Collaborate with educators and special education staff to interpret findings
• Create individualized recommendations and treatment goals
• Provide therapy services following the evaluation phase as determined by student need
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and progress notes in compliance with school requirements
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning as requested
• Communicate regularly with families regarding goals and progress
