Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Hold a current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Arizona
- Previous experience in school-based OT preferred; experience with pediatric populations highly valued

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with students, educators, and families
- Organizational skills and time management to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive initial Occupational Therapy evaluations for students as assigned
- Assess students’ strengths, needs, and functional limitations within the school environment
- Transition into delivering direct and consultative therapy services following initial evals, as needed
- Develop individualized treatment plans and goals tailored to each student’s progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student learning and participation
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and progress reporting
