Key Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

• Valid COTA certification and Arizona state licensure
• School-based experience or strong familiarity with pediatric OT practices
• Knowledge of varied OT treatment techniques for diverse learners
• Skilled in working with both general education and special needs students
• Flexibility to travel between two local school sites
• Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation abilities

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support the implementation of customized occupational therapy plans under the supervision of a licensed OT
• Work one-on-one and in small groups to address functional, sensory, and motor skills
• Document and track student progress to help achieve individualized education plan (IEP) goals
• Communicate effectively with teachers, families, and other educators to support student outcomes
