Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license for the state of Arizona (or eligibility)
- Experience or strong interest in working within K-12 educational settings
- Previous supervisory experience a plus, but not required
- Compassion, adaptability, and collaborative spirit
- Ability to travel between two nearby school locations
Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality OT services to students in grades K–12
- Supervise and provide support to two COTAs
- Assess student needs, develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate with special education teams and teachers
- Serve students in both general and self-contained classrooms
