Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Occupational Therapy state licensure
• Previous experience in school-based OT is beneficial but not required—new grads are encouraged to apply
• Comfortable working across various OT settings, including home health, healthcare facilities, and teletherapy
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams

Primary Responsibilities:

• Assess and support students’ individual needs, promoting their independence and participation in the school environment
• Develop and implement customized therapeutic interventions within the educational setting or via teletherapy, as appropriate
• Document progress, goals, and strategies in compliance with school policies and professional standards
• Communicate effectively with faculty, families, and other service providers to ensure coordinated care
• Attend and participate in IEP meetings and other relevant school-based conferences
