Occupational Therapist School Setting in Tumacacori, AZ

Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current state licensure to practice as an OT
• Experience working in schools, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy settings considered a plus—new grads welcome to apply!
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with students, staff, and families
• Strong ability to work collaboratively with other professionals to ensure student success

What You'll Do:

• Provide occupational therapy services to students, using both in-person and virtual delivery methods as needed
• Conduct assessments, develop individualized plans, and monitor progress toward therapy goals
• Support students with a variety of needs to build their independence, fine/gross motor skills, and adaptive skills in educational and home environments
• Maintain accurate documentation and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings
• Communicate regularly with teachers, families, and other specialists to maximize each student’s potential
