Qualified applicants will bring:

  • A valid Occupational Therapist license recognized by the state board
  • Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience (strongly preferred)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative approach
  • Ability to conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress
  • Flexibility and enthusiasm for an on-site, full-time schedule

Your role will involve:

  • Providing evidence-based OT assessments and interventions to students
  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and parents
  • Maintaining thorough, compliant documentation and progress reports
  • Consulting with teachers and staff to support student success in educational settings
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing your expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
  • Engaging families and caregivers to support skill carryover and student progress
