What We're Looking For:

• Valid Occupational Therapist license for California
• Previous experience working with school-aged youth (preferred)
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with teachers, families, and support staff
• Proficiency in assessment, treatment planning, and providing therapy services within an educational setting
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and upholding best practices
• Ability to adapt support to individual student needs in both group and one-on-one settings

Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct assessments to identify students’ needs related to functional, academic, and social skills
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized interventions and treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with educators and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ success
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in classrooms and therapy spaces
• Document progress and prepare reports to support Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Provide education and resources to families and staff to maximize student outcomes
