Key Qualifications:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in California
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Strong understanding of individualized education plans (IEPs)

Primary Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify students' unique needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor IEPs and treatment plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to maximize student success
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to enhance students’ academic participation, motor skills, and independence
• Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and state requirements
• Provide insightful recommendations for adaptations, accommodations, and support within the educational environment
