What You’ll Bring:

• Active Occupational Therapist license in Idaho (or ability to obtain)
• Previous experience in school-based OT strongly preferred
• Familiarity with IEP development, documentation, and implementation
• Positive, flexible attitude and collaborative spirit
• Willingness to work onsite at multiple schools (all within close proximity)
• Strong communication skills to partner with fellow OT, educators, and families
• Open to travel candidates ready to relocate for this onsite position

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative OT services to a caseload of approximately 35 students
• Assess and evaluate student needs; develop, implement, and track progress on individualized IEP goals
• Collaborate with a second OT to ensure comprehensive district coverage
• Travel between assigned schools (all within blocks of each other) during the workday
• Attend team meetings, participate in IEP reviews, and maintain timely documentation
