Key Qualifications:

  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
  • Proven experience in schools, home health, or healthcare settings
  • Passion for collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Strong clinical and documentation skills
  • Ability to adapt and individualize interventions based on student needs
  • Familiarity with IEP process and relevant school-based OT documentation preferred

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students as required by their IEPs
  • Assess students’ needs and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and staff to support students' participation and progress
  • Maintain clear and timely communication with caregivers and school professionals
  • Document progress and complete evaluations in compliance with educational standards
  • Participate in relevant meetings and training sessions to support student outcomes
