Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in Maryland
- Prior experience in school settings or working with children and adolescents
- Strong understanding of IEP processes and educational documentation requirements
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills
- Passion for empowering students of varying abilities and backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students as outlined in IEPs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans

- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and interventions
- Deliver training and resources to support staff and families as needed
