Make a meaningful impact by providing essential Occupational Therapy services to K-12 students in a supportive school setting on a full-time contract basis. This opportunity allows you to work collaboratively with dedicated educators and families, making a difference every day for students with varying needs.

Key Qualifications:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in Maryland, or eligibility to obtain licensure
  • Previous experience working in school settings or with school-aged children preferred
  • Strong knowledge of pediatric OT intervention techniques and documentation
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities with students, families, and multidisciplinary teams
  • Ability to adapt to diverse caseloads, ranging from kindergarten through high school

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver occupational therapy evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement interventions to support student success in academic environments
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers, special education staff, and families to promote student progress
  • Contribute to the creation of Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) by providing relevant assessment findings and recommendations
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school, district, and legal requirements
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development opportunities

Position Details:

  • Two full-time opportunities available
  • 35 hours per week
  • Caseload includes students in grades K-12
