Desired Qualifications:

• Current Occupational Therapy license (Maryland or eligible for reciprocity)
• Previous experience in a school setting strongly preferred
• Confidence and comfort supporting a K-12 student population
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and documentation
• Creative problem-solver with enthusiasm for helping children succeed

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver dynamic, evidence-based OT services to students across grade levels
• Assess student needs and develop individualized intervention plans
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and contribute expert recommendations
• Track progress, update goals, and maintain accurate student records
• Coach and consult with teachers and staff to facilitate student inclusion and progress
• Engage with parents and caregivers to ensure integrated support
