Key Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current Arizona state licensure for OT or COTA
• Previous pediatric, school-based, or related healthcare experience preferred
• Ability to provide therapy services, assessments, and documentation for a K-12 caseload
• Strong communication and teamwork skills, ready to collaborate with faculty and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct occupational therapy to students to support academic and functional performance
• Conduct evaluations and re-evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with teachers and support staff to adapt classroom environments and materials
• Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and progress updates
• Maintain thorough and timely records of interventions and outcomes
• Foster inclusive, supportive learning settings for all students

Position Highlights:

• 40 hours per week, for the duration of the academic year (8/3/26–5/27/27)
• Onsite services near Vail, AZ
• Weekly pay between $45–$60 per hour
